Unlike general education, disaster prevention education requires innovative motivational factors, due to the fact that it is not mandatory. Thus, this system aims at raising awareness of national disaster prevention among the Korean people in their daily lives by devising promotional measures such as education, publicity campaigns, and incentives to encourage the voluntary participation of the civilian sector. |
