Contrary to general education, disaster prevention education requires innovative motivational factors due to its non-obligatory nature. This system thus aims at stirring up national disaster prevention consciousness among the Korean people by seeking measures for the revitalization of each disaster type, such as forming an education & PR base to induce voluntary participation from the people, and offering incentives. |
