 Prevention of explosion |
 | In the event of a gas leak, ventilate properly by letting indoor gas out. Refrain from using an electric switch or a heat source. |
 | In an airtight space where a lot of dust is incurred, install a dust collector and avoid using a heat source. |
 | Avoid excessive use of home electronics, boiler, etc. which are likely to be overheated. Check safety valves etc. all the time. |
 | Avoid overheat of batteries for cellular phones, notebooks, etc. Do not keep such batteries with metal substances. Avoid excessive pressure. |
 | Make a hole in an explosive container such as portable butane gas, hair spray etc. and discharge the remaining gas before throwing it away. |
 | Do not leave flammable or combustible materials such as a gas lighter etc. inside the car during the summer season. |
 | When a suspected explosive is found, do not attempt to disassemble. Call the nearby police station or military unit. |
 During an explosion |
 | Rapidly take shelter out of a building against a secondary explosion. |
 | During an explosion, you may suffer some hearing difficulties due to the roaring sound. Cover your ears as you take shelter. |
 | Move quickly to a safe place such as a far place, a covered wall etc. |
 | Be careful of broken pieces or falling objects as well as suffocation from smoke or gas. |
 | Move injured persons first to a safe place and take emergency measures. |
 | Do not use an electric switch or a heat source to prevent additional explosions. Close gas valves and open the window for natural ventilation. |
